Strong Ohio Communities
Issue 1 provides jobs
In its 27 years, the State Capital Improvement Program has created thousands of jobs all over the state. If passed, Issue 1 will provide an additional 35,000 construction and related jobs over the next decade. By ensuring our state has the infrastructure to support businesses and a good quality of life, we are able to attract additional businesses – meaning more jobs for Ohioans.

Vote YES on Issue 1
On May 6, voters will decide whether to approve Issue 1, renewal of the State Capital Improvements Program which has helped local communities all over Ohio complete 11,500 road, bridge, sewer and other infrastructure projects over the last 27 years.
Continuation of A Critical Program
Issue 1 will fund the renewal and expansion of Ohio’s critical local government road, bridge and infrastructure building program, which Ohio voters first approved nearly 30 years ago and again in 1995 and 2005. Issue 1 will extend this critical, proven program for 10 more years.
